The method that I use is the Micro Ring method. It work's by attaching a tiny copper ring around your own hair and the tip of the extension hair. This means that there is no heat or glue applied to your natural hair and therefore no damage.

The extensions will need to be moved up to their original position every 6 - 8 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. The good news is that unlike most other extensions, the hair CAN be re-used over and over again, which means that you don't have to pay for new hair everytime you have them moved up.
